NO refunds, or exchanges due to sanitary, and health reasons. Once orders have been processed, all sales are final. This includes all hair products. Please be sure to review your cart thoroughly before proceeding to checkout. Please make sure that your address is correct when placing orders. If you live in an apartment complex please be sure to include the apt number for delivery purposes.
