Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders will be shipped via U.S Postal Service. Please allow 2-3 business days after the order has shipped to receive order. Once order has shipped a tracking number will be sent via SMS/email depending on which method you select at checkout. Any orders placed on a holiday will be sent out the within 1-2 business days following the holiday. Please note if your tracking number states that your order has been delivered, and you have not received it, please contact United Postal Services. Jo'Zanique's Hair Empire is NOT responsible for packages that states they've been delivered. Please make sure that your address is correct when placing orders. If you live in an apartment complex please be sure to include the apt number for delivery purposes.
